What this tool does
Paste comma-delimited CSV with a unique header row. Each data record becomes an object whose keys are the original headers. Every value stays a string, including leading-zero references and empty fields. The converter rejects blank or duplicate headers and records with a different number of fields, avoiding silent overwrites.
Try the worked example
The invoice reference remains the string "000482". The comma inside the quoted vendor name remains part of its value. All prefilled values are fictional teaching examples.
Inputs stay in this page’s tool code. No account connection or invoice upload is needed. Use fictional or redacted data for testing.
Run the example to see the result.
Interpret the result
This is a conversion of supplied text, not a native Parzable JSON export, schema validation, or evidence that the values match an invoice. Missing values remain strings; no amounts are calculated.
Keep the original input and compare any transformed output before using it. A passed text or arithmetic check does not establish that the data matches an authentic invoice.
Use the result in a reviewed workflow
For context, read the related workflow guide. If you need to capture fields from a PDF or image, Parzable’s signed-in workflow uses a selected schema and downloads CSV. These browser utilities operate on text or values you supply; they do not invoke document extraction or connect to an accounting system.
CSV conventions are documented in RFC 4180. The controls here are intentionally limited to the rules stated on this page. Implementation and examples checked 18 October 2026.
